I found these lovely workout routines on pinterest. There are a TON of pins with so many different areas and ways to work out that it is so easy to become overwhelmed. The five that I've listed below I really like and it hits the areas that I most want to target: butt, abs and arms. I like that each routine is different and targets different areas, without a lot (if any) overlap. © Cruzin' Thru | 2014
