Instead of using that thirty or so minutes to surf the new, facebook, IG, etc - use it to go workout! You won't miss it at all, and you'll feel amazing!
Instead of my usual Motivation Monday post, I wanted to share two challenges for this month! One is a booty/squat challenge and the other is a "planks-giving" challenge that incorporates planks and bicycle crunches! Let's get moving and shaking this month! It tends to get a little crazy during the holidays, but don't forsake your health and workouts!
