I have been so busy today that Monday almost slipped by me without posting our motivation for the week. Enjoy!
Since I started my half marathon training five weeks ago, I have been able to:
Today was my longest run at seven miles. I completed it in an hour and twenty minutes. If I stay at the pace I ran today, I will complete my first half in about 2.5 hours! Not too shabby! Although just completing the half will be satisfaction enough for me!
