It really is a mental game! Never give in to that little voice in your head saying "just do it tomorrow" or "a bite of that isn't really so bad". Instead, be the badass that you are and keep movin'! You've got this!!
Love these four simple rules! Never miss a Monday, never go more than three days without working out, work out at least three times a week, don't give up!!!!
