Yes!!! Today is rest day after completing the Dallas Hottest Half Marathon! Going to be doing some foam rolling and walking!!
The Dallas Hottest Half Marathon is less than two weeks away, and I'm super-pumped to complete this race with a PR! This has been my mantra during training - Get up, lace up, showup and never EVER give up!!
