I used:
- 2 whole wheat pita round, cut into halfs and then quartered
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- garlic salt
- Fresh rosemary, from our neighbor's garden
Simply start by halving the pita bread and then quartering. Spread the quartered pita bread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Using a pastry bush, lightly spread a layer of the EVOO on all pieces, followed by the garlic salt. Then I crushed the rosemary and sprinkled that over the pita. I cannot tell you how fragrant fresh rosemary is, but I love it!
I turned my broiler onto the low setting and let it crisp up in the oven until desired doneness, about 10 minutes or so, and then serve!
I will definitely be making this again!
