You need:
1 cup washed cilantro, stems removed
1/2 of an avocado
juice from 1/2 of a lime
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp lite sour cream
pinch of salt
Throw all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. I refrigerated mine until we were ready to use it, which was only about twenty minutes.
