5-6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1/2 white onion, chopped
3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
Juice from one lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Seriously easy! Once your ingredients are chopped, add to a large container followed by the lime juice and salt/pepper.
I typically like to prepare pico de gallo at least three hours ahead of time so that the flavors can have time to mix together.
