You will need:
- 1 loaf of cinnamon bread, cubed
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c white sugar
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 c milk
- pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium sized mixing bowl or cup, mix together vanilla, sugars, eggs, milk and salt. In a casserole dish, (I've used 9x13, round dishes, whatever works and holds all of the ingredients!), add the cubed bread and then pour the wet ingredients over the top. Using a fork, gently push the bread down to make sure it is covered in that liquid goodness! Bake for about an hour, or until the top is a beautiful golden color. Remove and serve warm! It's delicious with cream, whipped cream, iced cream or as is!
