Anyways, back to the recipe. I used five boneless, thin cut pork chops and made a dry rub to put on them made of seasoned salt and garlic powder. Mix and rub into the chops, allowing to sit for about thirty minutes.
Next, add it to the heated Foreman. I do recommend spraying the grill with a non-fat cooking spray and allow to cook for about 8 minutes or until the pork chops are no longer pink. Serve with these yummy grilled potatoes and a yummy fruit salad and it's perfect! Low fat, lean protein and yummy!
