Two ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
Maybe 2 tbsp olive oil
So, so easy! Simply slice your bread in half and then I also sliced it into thirds to make skinnier pieces. Using a pastry brush, I brushed just a little olive oil on both the crust of the bread and the inside of the bread. Then I lightly sprinkled the outside crust with salt, and lightly sprinkled the inside with oregano. It's ready to go on the grill. I don't recommend placing right over the flame bc it will burn right up. I used the upper rack of our grill. Only takes about two or three minutes, flip and grill another three minutes. That's it! Easy-peasy and so yummy!
