You will need:
3 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp vanilla extract
sprinkles, optional
To get started, first line a 9x9" pan with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Next, add all of the above ingredients (minus the sprinkles) into a medium saucepan. Turn on to a medium-low heat and continually stir until everything is melted together and smooth. Pour the mixture into the foiled-lined pan and top with the sprinkles. Lastly, put the fudge in the fridge to chill and also help it setup. So easy and so yummy - enjoy!
