I'm pretty happy with the fact that I've remained so consistent with my workouts which are typically a combination of cardio and strength training, several times per week. But, it seems that I am always finding/pinning various different workout challenges on Pinterest. Well, my plan is to pick a new challenge each month to add to my routine and chronicle it here. I've always been curious as to whether or not there really work and what type of results are "typical". So this is my challenge to myself, but it's available for you all to read here. I will chronicle the ups, downs, and definitely the ha-ha moments as well!
