You will need:
One pint of sliced button mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove minced garlic
Simply melt the butter in a sauté pan over medium heat, then add the soy sauce and garlic. Let sauté for about two minutes or so before adding in the mushrooms. Then sauté the mushrooms for about ten minutes or until desired doneness. So easy and so delicious! Enjoy!
