I used 1-2 sweet potatoes and a fryer.
In a fryer ensure you have approximately 1 inch of vegetable oil in the fryer, and turn on to a medium-high heat.
Cut the potatoes into desired thickness. My husband prefers thinner sweet potato fries.
Some people like to top the fries with a cinnamon sugar mixture or even just a salt or seasoned salt. I left these plain and served with a side of spicy ketchup.
