You will need:
one bunch of fresh asparagus (make sure it doesn't look too dry and that the tip of the asparagus is still together/not splitting)
About 3 tbsp EVOO
salt and pepper to taste
splash of lemon juice
about one clove of fresh, minced garlic
Simply combine all of the above ingredients in a large casserole dish and mix well. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, or until desired doneness. I like my veggies to be crisp-tender, so I take it out between 17 and 20 minutes. Leave it in longer, if you want softer asparagus.
