You will need: 3 cups puréed watermelon (seedless - or - seeds removed) 1/2 c fresh blueberries 1/2 c quartered fresh strawberries 1 kiwi, peeled, sliced and chopped 1 nectarine, peeled and chopped small 1/2 c fresh cherries, pitted (I prefer rainier cherries) | Instructions: Using popsicles molds, layer the fresh fruit and then top with the puréed watermelon. Add a Popsicle stick to each mild and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. So delicious, fresh, sweet, healthy and easy! |
