1/2 of a white onion
1/4 - 1/2 c chopped cilantro
1 medium tomato
2 tsp garlic salt
First, I like to get all of the prep work out of the way, so finely chop and keep separated the onion, jalapeños (seeds removed!), cilantro, and tomato.
I like to use a glass bowl bc I think that metals bowls can give a funny taste. Sprinkle the garlic salt and cilantro in the bowl and sort of muddle together. Next, remove the shell and seeds from the avocados, add to the bowl and mash to desired consistency. Add the onions, jalapeños, and lime juice and mix well. Add the tomatoes last because they will mash really easily. Wahlah - homemade guacamole that everyone will love!
Tonight we are using it on our soft tacos - yum!
