You will need:
1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup pepper-jack cheese (I would recommend shredded since it’s easier to work with. I had to use diced since all we had on hand was sliced pepper-jack)
Approx. 1/3 c pico de gallo (find that recipe here!)
Salt and pepper
Avocado, sliced thin
Grill over medium heat. Be very careful not to turn too much as the patties tend to break open more than just your regular old, non-stuffed patties. Also, this would be a good time to toast the buns over the grills upper grates.
When cooked to your desired doneness, bring in off the grill, add the sliced avocado on top of the burger - and enjoy! Absolute perfection! I guarantee you will love this super easy and tasty burger, and guests will rave over it!
