You will need:
1 cup of flat leaf parsley, roughly chopped
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
½ c white vinegar
½ c EVOO
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 lb flank steak
This is really simple! Add all ingredients, except for the steak, into a food processor and combine.
For the steak, I lightly scored the steak, rubbed with the salt and pepper and grill it up to desired doneness!
When cutting, it's important to cut across the grain of the meat. Start by adding some fresh green salad as a base, topped by the sliced steak, and topped with the Chimichurri sauce. Black beans and rice and great choices for sides!
