One peach
One nectarine
One mango
Two kiwis
One container of strawberries
Juice from one lime
1/4 c raw honey
For the cinnamon-sugar chips you will need:
One pkg low carb flour tortillas
1/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
To make the fruit salsa, peel and chop each of the fruits and combine in a large container. I added the juice of one lime and approximately 1/4 c of raw honey, and mixed well. This would also be good with two tbsp orange juice (in place of the lime) combined with the honey and added to the fruit.
To make the cinnamon-sugar chips, first preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, cut the tortillas into six wedges. In a baking sheet, add a single layer of tortillas. Spray with a vegetable oil or butter-flavored cooking spray. Then in a small bowl combine the cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle onto the tortilla chips. Bake in the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until crispy.
Serve the fruit salsa with the sugared chips, and enjoy!
