You will need:
3-4 chicken breasts
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 can of Rotel
In a crockpot add the chicken, taco seasoning and Rotel. Set on high and cook for 5 hours, or set on low/medium first thing in the morning and when you get home, it's ready!
The chicken will be so tender that its practically falling apart! Shred the chicken with forks and add back into be juice, letting cook for an additional 30 minutes to soak up the juices.
We love this with flour tortillas, some shredded pepper-jack cheese, guacamole or salsa. And that's it! Dinner is practically ready when you get home from work!
Serve with a side of rice, and viola!
