1 lb boneless country-style pork ribs
1/2 c BBQ sauce
1 tbsp minced onion
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Put the ribs on bottom, then sprinkle the minced onion, salt and pepper on top. Lastly, add the BBQ sauce on top. Turn on low and let cook for a our five hours or until cooked through and tender.
Next, pull the meat out of the crockpot, shred and add back to the juices on the crockpot. Sometimes I may add just a little more BBQ sauce to the mix for added juiciness. Let cook for about another 15 minutes to soak up the juice. Serve on a sandwich bun of your choice, maybe some onions or pickles, coleslaw... The choice is yours!
I served these sandwiches with broccoli salad for me and fried okra for everyone else. Huge hit and such an easy dinner!
