- increase my distances run before feeling "out of breath" {woot woot!}
- shave time off of my run time each run {even if it's only five or ten seconds, overall, I'm getting faster and can see the results of my efforts!}
- stay consistent with my four x per week running training schedule, not including my twice a week strength training
- do it all while smiling :)
Today was my longest run at seven miles. I completed it in an hour and twenty minutes. If I stay at the pace I ran today, I will complete my first half in about 2.5 hours! Not too shabby! Although just completing the half will be satisfaction enough for me!
