Do you ever go to the gym and feel a little overwhelmed, perhaps intimidated even, by the amount and variety of equipment? Machine weights, free weights, ab rockin' machines, big guys gruntin' and groanin' as they press and squat... It's a lot to take in unless you have someone there walking you through the process. That's why I love these two {FREE!} training apps: Nike Training Club and Sworkit. I love being able to get a full strength training session on the days when I'm not able to make it to the gym.
In the end, I feel that they compliment each other well, with NTC being my favorite of the two. What are your thoughts? Do you find that these apps work well for you? What other apps do you find helpful? Love to hear your thoughts!
