Ok, so I was thinking... Planning out my 5.0 mile run tonight... Thinking that it won't take me long, it's only 5 miles. And then - BAM! it hit me!!! That's five miles, that's like one and a half 5Ks!! (And in the beginning, I struggled with 5ks - no joke!) And here I am acting like its no big deal and that I can do that easily! If that had been me a year or two ago, I would've been worrying about "that's so far!" or "how am I going to get through this?" Instead, I am super-proud of how far I've come and that I'm not intimidated by longer runs anymore! Woot woot! Hells yeah, baby!!! Sorry, I am so proud that I just had to share!
