My challenge for you this week, is to "unplug" for at least fifteen minutes every day! No TV, phone, email/computers, etc. Just unplug and spend those fifteen minutes with the people you love most! I promise it will mean the world to them, and you'll never miss those fifteen minutes of being "plugged in"!
Seriously powerful reminder! Especially as a mom, I feel like everything is plugged into my phone or computer, so I'm always using both. But I make a conscious effort to "unplug" everyday so I can play with my kiddos and be in the moment with them.
