I had mixed thoughts on today's motivation. I was afraid it may come across a little negative, but don't ever compare yourself to that girl in the magazine! She is so photoshopped, even she doesn't look like herself! Instead, be the beautiful you that you are and only compare yourself to the person you were yesterday! There is no one else worthy of comparing yourself against! Instead, set goals and always keep track of how far you've come, positive changes you've made, all victories {big and small} and be proud!
