I love today's motivation! Be proud of every step you take! I always hear people bashing their bodies, unhappy with this, frustrated with that, "I'm too fat", etc... Instead, be proud of the steps you are taking towards your goal! Those are positive steps towards life-changing goals and you should be proud and feel good about it!
