Sometimes the little victories or non-scale victories are more motivating and more rewarding than just seeing numbers changing on a scale. I shaved off 30 seconds from my average mph during my run this morning compared to my run on Sunday. Maybe my endurance is getting stronger, maybe I'm a little more motivated... Whatever the reason, 30 seconds is huge and I will absolutely take that! It's also nice to see clothes fitting a lot more loosely now, knowing that my efforts and hard work ar making my body healthier and more capable than before!
